Please note after we receive this application, we would charge you a nominal registration fees of rupees 500/- for administrative purposes. But we will give this back to you immediately in the form of discount coupons. So, it's practically free.
Documents required to be submitted for application
Please note that you are required to upload the following five documents in this form. Make sure they are ready to be uploaded in JPG/ PNG/ PDF formats and less than 5 MB in size.
- Copy of proof of identity (passport, voter’s ID card, Aadhaar card, PAN card or driver’s license only)
- Copy of proof of residential address (passport, bank/credit card statement or company HR letter only)
- Copy of any recent utility bill (electricity, telephone/broadband or gas)
- Copy of rental agreement or HR letter (if you live in a hired house)
- Recently taken passport-size photograph
